The Hartz UltraGuard Flea & Tick Treatment for Cats and Kittens is a convenient and effective way to get rid of pesky parasites. Each single-dose tube contains a topical drop formula that kills fleas and deer ticks, and also repels mosquitoes for up to 18 days.

The product is suitable for use on cats and kittens 12 weeks and older, weighing 5 pounds and over. The package includes three monthly treatments, providing a three-month supply.

To apply, simply remove one applicator tube from the package and hold it in an upright position, away from your face. Pull off the cap, then turn it around and place it back on top of the tube. Press the cap down to break the seal and carefully remove it. Position the tip of the tube at the base of the pet's back, between the shoulder blades, and squeeze the entire contents out to form a stripe, moving from the shoulder blades along the back to the base of the tail. The treated area may appear oily after application.
